Welcome to Kathy's Corner
Today the design team was challenged to make a project with the
Tooth Fairy. Check it out below.
Today I used The First Few Years, A Child's Year and Paper Dolls Dress Up Cricut
cartridges to make my layout.
I have to say I made another 12" x 12" layout for my granddaughter's
scrapbook.
I used some of my favorite colors for this layout. Pink and purple are the greatest girly colors. I was not real sure about this layout with those colors but, I think it turned out okay. I started with making the Tooth Fairy from the cartridge A Child's Year and I went into Paper Dolls Dress up and cut cloths, hair and her crown. It does take a little fancy trimming to make the dress and hair fit just right.
Then I thought about when I was a little girl (a long long time ago) my Mother and I would get my tooth that I lost that day and put it under my pillow and I said my prayers and went to bed. I thought I would just wait for that tooth fairy to come and see how she got that tooth from under my pillow. Of course, I fell asleep. But, in the morning surprise!
I would find a quarter for the
bigger teeth and a nickel for the smaller ones. Geeezzz a quarter and nickels.
My children only wanted dollar bills. Wow!!! So the bed was next. Then I added
the mats for the photos and a frame. Oh yes, I forgot, I always got a new tooth
brush from the tooth fairy, We have to
Cherish the little things in life because our children don't stay little long
enough. I hope I didn't bore you with my old fashion memories. Thanks for
reading on and on.
